We held the Dissemination Meeting, the final phase of our VR Inclusion project, on October 9, 2025, at the Kuşadası Teachers’ House with school principals and teachers from our district. The “VR Inclusion” project has forged a strong cultural bond between Turkey, Portugal, and North Macedonia. By instilling in students the understanding that diversity is a source of richness, the project transformed virtual reality technology into an empathy-based learning tool. The result of two years of meticulous work, the project aimed to increase the social participation of disadvantaged student groups and strengthen inclusivity in education through the use of virtual reality (VR) technology. The goal was to help secondary school students develop empathy, tolerance, and awareness, effectively use digital tools, and recognize that diversity is a source of richness.
